The delivery time for items is usually 2 to 3 working days within Germany.
Information about foreign delivery times can be found here:
The delivery time will be displayed in the shopping card when you add a product. If you provided us with your email address during your ordering process, we’ll send you an order confirmation in which you will get notified about the calculated time of arrival of your package.
We ship to Germany, the EU and all countries that are listed in the PDF (see “Delivery Time”) provided by the “Deutsche Post”. We don’t ship to other countries.
The delivery time interval begins on the day after issuing the payment order, the payment method is bank transfer in advance, or for all other payment methods on the day after conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the delivery time interval. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.
If some items are not available at short notice or the time of arrival is delayed, you will get informed about that by email.
If the waiting time is too long, we automatically split the order, so that you will receive the deliverable items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your email address, we will inform you about that.
The ordered items will be packed by us as fast as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready to ship. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.
Based on your package identification number / shipment number, you can always find out about the current shipment status of your package, if the shipping method allows package tracking. Further information on shipment tracking can be found in your delivery confirmation e-mail or by requesting of our support team.
